Chief Revenue Officer

Confidential Executive Search

Location: London

Compensation: Executive Package + Bonus + Equity

Stanton House is partnering on a confidential retained search for an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to join a high-growth, private equity-backed, subscription-based B2B business entering the next phase of its evolution.

Having grown organically and through acquisition, the business is now focused on transforming its commercial organisation into a world-class revenue engine capable of accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), increasing customer lifetime value, and creating significant shareholder value ahead of a future liquidity event.

The successful candidate will inherit a sizeable commercial organisation spanning Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations, and will be responsible for transforming the business from a product-led sales organisation into a highly disciplined, enterprise-focused commercial function. The role will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Consulting to commercialise AI-enabled propositions, expand strategic customer relationships, and deliver a more integrated, solutions-led go-to-market strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
