Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Sales Officer
Green Orbit Ltd / SmartFitIQ
UK-based | Remote / Hybrid | South Wales preferred
Initially equity-based, with salary intended once funding, investment or commercial revenue is secured
Green Orbit is looking for a commercially driven Chief Revenue Officer / Chief Sales Officer to help lead the next stage of growth for SmartFitIQ.

We are already engaging with public-sector organisations, industry stakeholders and potential pilot partners. We are now looking for a senior commercial operator who can help convert that interest into pilots, partnerships, revenue and long-term market traction.
This is not a passive advisory role. We are looking for someone hands-on, credible and commercially disciplined — someone who can open doors, lead senior conversations, shape proposals and help close meaningful opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role would suit an experienced CRO, CSO, Commercial Director, Sales Director or senior business development leader who wants to join an ambitious early-stage company at a formative point.
The role is initially equity-based, with equity participation available for the right person, subject to experience, contribution, milestones, vesting and long-term commitment.
