Chief Revenue Officer - Joseph Joseph - Premium Consumer Goods

Joseph Joseph is a globally recognised, design-led consumer goods brand spanning homeware, kitchenware and cookware. They are seeking a high-impact global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across North America, Europe and Asia.

This role will build on established wholesale distribution and strategic retail partnerships, while unlocking the next phase of international growth across priority markets and channels. The CRO will play a critical role in accelerating high-quality, profitable growth through a sophisticated channel strategy and disciplined commercial execution.

Joseph Joseph is entering an ambitious 5-year scale-up phase, with a clear mandate to significantly grow revenue and expand market share globally. This is a pivotal Board-level role, with direct ownership of revenue growth and a unique opportunity to shape a world-class commercial function across multiple high-growth markets.

Candidates will ideally bring:

  • 10+ years’ senior commercial leadership experience (CRO, CCO, Commercial Director) within a premium, lifestyle or consumer product brand;
  • Proven success in developing and executing growth-focused global sales and distribution strategies across multiple regions and channel;
  • Significant experience operating across international markets, including Europe, the U.S. and China, with a strong understanding of distributor-led and direct market entry models;
  • Deep expertise in wholesale and distribution channel strategy, with a clear ability to optimise route-to-market, drive margin, and support premium positioning;
  • A highly commercial, results-driven mindset, with ownership of revenue, market expansion and performance outcomes;
  • Experience leading large, multi-market commercial teams, with the ability to align teams and deliver consistent global execution;
  • Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate market insight into actionable, growth-driving plans;
  • Credibility and presence to operate at Board level, influencing senior stakeholders and key external partners.
