On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join their team.
About The Company
Our client is a Series B enterprise SaaS company headquartered in London, providing AI-powered supply chain visibility and risk management software to large manufacturers and logistics operators across Europe and North America. With £15m ARR, 90 employees, and a customer base spanning multiple FTSE 100 businesses, it is at a pivotal stage of scaling.
Backed by Atomico and a US strategic investor, the company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to professionalise the revenue function ahead of their Series C funding round.
The Role
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will:
- Own all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.
- Be accountable for the company’s growth trajectory, reporting directly to the CEO and anchoring the executive team.
- Be the most senior commercial hire in the company’s history.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
-Set and own the revenue strategy across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships, ensuring alignment around ARR and expansion targets. -Lead Series C commercial preparation, including mapping the revenue narrative, stress-testing assumptions, and delivering investor readiness.
Team Development
-Build and lead a high-performing revenue organisation, including hiring, structuring, and developing a team of 20+ people as the business grows. -Drive CRM and operational efficiency, with responsibility for GTM (go-to-market) optimisation.

-Own enterprise relationships personally for the largest and most strategic accounts, ensuring retention and expansion.
About You
We are looking for a commercial leader with:
- 12–16+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, with a track record of scaling revenue from £10m–£50m+.
- CRO or SVP Sales experience driving growth in environments with long sales cycles and complex buying committees.
- Strong people leadership skills, including building and scaling revenue teams.
- Commercial acumen and operational rigor, blending strategic vision with real-time execution.
- Supply chain/logistics/manufacturing sector preference but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: £160,000–£200,000
