Role Description
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading all revenue-generating functions at Barnes Bridge Capital. This role oversees sales strategy, revenue operations, and key client relationships to drive growth across advisory and management services in emerging markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing comprehensive revenue plans
- Leading lead generation initiatives
- Optimizing account management processes
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align revenue goals with overall business strategy

The role also involves:
- Building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team
- Refining sales processes and tools
- Identifying new opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Account Management and client relationship development, particularly in advisory or financial services contexts.
- Strong background in Strategic Planning, with experience setting revenue targets and shaping go-to-market strategies.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Prior leadership experience in a senior commercial or revenue-focused role, ideally within emerging markets or global services.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience building and scaling teams, implementing CRM and sales enablement tools, and driving cross-functional alignment.
