Responsibilities
Your role will evolve with the business, but core duties include:
- Building progressive learning and development opportunities for all team members.
- Aligning company goals with employee growth by equipping teams with the right tools.
- Developing and implementing strategic learning and development plans, including training programs.
- Creating initiatives to empower teams for continuous overdelivery of 7-star experiences.
- Identifying and fostering synergies across business functions.
- Thinking big and pushing for relentless progress.

Requirements
We seek experienced business leaders—industry experience is not mandatory but essential qualities are:
- A highly ambitious, forward-thinking mindset and passion for talent development.
- A UK work permit is required.
Additionally, we look for candidates who:

Work Arrangement
We operate from our London office (near Victoria Station)—Monday to Friday only, with no remote work options.
