Responsibilities

Your role will evolve with the business, but core duties include:

  • Building progressive learning and development opportunities for all team members.
  • Aligning company goals with employee growth by equipping teams with the right tools.
  • Developing and implementing strategic learning and development plans, including training programs.
  • Creating initiatives to empower teams for continuous overdelivery of 7-star experiences.
  • Identifying and fostering synergies across business functions.
  • Thinking big and pushing for relentless progress.

Requirements

We seek experienced business leaders—industry experience is not mandatory but essential qualities are:
