CTO — Seed-Stage Startup (London, remote-friendly)
Salary: >£120,000
Stage: Seed, just funded
The Role
0-to-1 CTO for a newly-funded seed startup. Hands-on from day one — no team to delegate to yet — while also setting technical direction as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Write and ship code yourself (backend, frontend, infra — full generalist)
- Set the tech stack and architecture
- Build and lead the engineering team as the company grows
- Partner with founders on product and strategy

What We Need
- Hands-on engineer, ideally with startup (seed/Series A) experience
- Generalist, not a narrow specialist
- Comfortable making early tradeoffs (speed vs. scalability)
- First-time or experienced CTO/technical co-founder
- UK-based or remote, able to work UK hours
