About Our Client
We have been retained by a disruptive, high-growth HealthTech scale-up that is fundamentally redefining workplace wellness and corporate healthcare. Our client's proprietary software seamlessly connects proactive health prevention, rapid clinical access, and ongoing care into a single, unified digital ecosystem. By transforming daily health signals into actionable, anonymised data intelligence, their platform enables major global employers and membership organisations to support their populations earlier and more effectively.
Operating a modern, remote-first organizational model with an aggressive international expansion roadmap, our client is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead their global technical strategy, secure their next-generation infrastructure, and scale their distributed engineering organization.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the incoming CTO will own the overarching global technical vision and product architecture. This is a high-impact, highly mobile executive role for a leader who can successfully navigate complex health data architecture across multiple international regulatory jurisdictions, while fostering a high-performing, distributed engineering culture. While our client operates on a remote-first basis, this role requires regular international travel. You will need the flexibility to travel to London for executive alignment, across Europe for regional rollouts, and globally to support enterprise client integrations and localized technical strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
