Typical Responsibilities
Depending on the partner organisation and opportunity, responsibilities may include:
- Defining and executing the organisation’s technology vision and strategy
- Leading engineering, product, AI, data, infrastructure, security, or platform teams
- Building and scaling high-performing technology organisations
- Driving innovation across software, AI, cloud, automation, and digital transformation
- Partnering with founders, boards, investors, and executive leadership teams
- Aligning technology investments with commercial and business goals
- Overseeing software development, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technology operations
- Evaluating opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and emerging technology integration
- Establishing technology governance, security, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Representing the organisation externally with customers, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Creating competitive advantage through technology, product innovation, and engineering excellence
Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from senior technology leaders with backgrounds such as CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chief AI Officer, Technical Founder, Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, or similar leadership roles.
Successful candidates will typically have:
- Significant experience leading engineering, technology, product, AI, data, or infrastructure teams
- A strong track record of building or scaling technology organisations
- Experience operating at executive, founder, board, investor, or senior stakeholder level
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering complex technology, product, platform, or transformation initiatives
- A strong understanding of modern technology trends, including AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
- A passion for innovation, inclusive leadership, and building high-impact technology teams
- Interest in London-based, UK-based, hybrid, or remote senior technology opportunities
