CTO – Hampshire
£110-140k+ Benefits + Bonus + Hybrid working
A CTO opportunity for a growing services business with an innovative autonomous robotics product offering. The CTO would join the SLT in a strategic role, leading the modernisation and scaling of their IT department following several large projects and further investment.
A key focus of the role is managing the future IT project roadmap and facilitating growth, working closely with the CFO and founder, implementing effective IT modernisation strategy and relevant processes.

The company have offices in Southampton, with a preference for a mostly office-based setup with 1-day WFH each week.
Essential experience:
- An established CTO or Senior Head of IT background, able to demonstrate leading the expansion of companies (Microsoft) IT estate and relevant products and teams
- Strong tech modernisation experience in SME businesses (50-350 staff), specifically ERP upgrades, Automation, IT Security, and AI adoption
- AI adoption and highlighting opportunities to utilise AI and Automation effectively across the business is a key initial focus
- Previous merger and acquisition/M&A or Private equity investment or buy-out experience
- Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels of a business
- Data Analytics and implementing Data-driven processes is desirable
