Now is an exciting time to be part of our team as Warwickshire begins to embed our Families First teams who support the young people in our County. Our Offer to you includes:

Family Connect comprises of 2 separate Hubs – the Triage Hub and the MASH Hub and work is allocated in the 2 hubs depending on complexity, the family’s needs and potential risk implications. There is very good communication amongst the 2 hubs and work flows fluidly between them should there be a need to shift work from one hub to another.

By using coaching conversations, Family Connect aims to enhance professional confidence and gather all necessary information during the initial call. This method aspires to ensure that families receive the right help at the right time.

The remit of Family Connect is to screen all contact and referrals received via telephone (or by email via a Multi Agency Contact Form from emergency services) and to reach a decision regarding the most appropriate way forward for the family. As part of our screening process, we speak with children, families and other professionals already supporting the family in order to ensure that we have a holistic understanding of the family’s needs. Our decision making is supported by our threshold document, Spectrum of Support which is easily accessible online.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
