Responsibilities
As a Certified Toddler Teacher, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and families to create a nurturing, home-like environment for children aged 1–2, guided by NAEYC standards. Your work will include:
- Overseeing programs and activities across multiple classrooms
- Mentoring fellow teachers and assistant teachers to ensure high-quality care
- Designing developmentally appropriate curricula tailored to toddlers
- Planning engaging, interest-based activities aligned with learning styles
- Partnering with families to craft education and care plans for each child
- Maintaining consistent, transparent communication with parents/guardians

Requirements
To join the team, you must meet the following:
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, CDA credential, or EEC State of MA Teacher certification
- 2+ years of experience in licensed childcare facility (preferred)
- Identified for exceptional customer service and relationship-building
- Ability to multitask while remaining highly organized
- Commitment to working regular business hours (no evenings/weekends)
- Compliance with Massachusetts state childcare employment criteria
