Location Pound Hill Primary School, Crawley, RH10 7EB
Hours 30 hours per week Monday to Friday: 7am–9am and 2.30pm–6:00pm (split shift)
Pay £15.55 per hour
Contract 1-year maternity contract

At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we’re seeking passionate individuals to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs (and Holiday Clubs too!)—where play, creativity, and connection come first.
As a Childcare Setting Manager, you’ll shape safe, thrilling, and rewarding experiences for children aged 4–11 while leading a small team, fostering partnerships with schools and families, and delivering engaging activities daily. This role could be your launchpad into childcare management!
This is a split-shift job, giving you time between shifts to study, pursue hobbies, spend time with family, or even a well-earned nap! You’ll also have the chance to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.

Safeguarding Requirements
