Salary: £13.45 per hour, plus paid Mileage. Additional benefits include Employer pension scheme, Consistent shift patterns and Weekly Pay.

About The Role

As a Children and young adults support worker, you will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.


Your Duties Include

  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Social visits- such as attending college, day centres, shopping etc.
  • Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!


What We Are Looking For

  • Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.
  • Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
  • Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
  • Good English communication skills
