Join us in helping every child live a Life Worth Living

Around 90,000 young people across the UK are persistently absent from education each year. At Nudge Education, we support children and young people who are disengaged from education through tailored mentoring and interventions to help them reconnect, rebuild confidence, and thrive.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN (Special Educational Needs), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), or additional needs.

This is a community-focused role, moving beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

If you’re dedicated to making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

You Will:

  • Deliver tailored intervention sessions aligned to each young person’s needs
  • Build positive and consistent relationships to engage and support them
  • Monitor progress, développemental milestones and learning outcomes
  • Report any safeguarding concerns diligently
  • Conduct and update risk assessments, ensuring compliance where required
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions, interactions, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with families, educators, social workers, and our dedicated regional teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
