The Role We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding, and adaptability. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting young people in their day-to-day lives, helping them feel safe, valued, and empowered. Responsibilities Your role will include: Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young person at all times Building meaningful emotional engagement and positive relationships Assisting the young person with personal care where required Planning and participating in activities and outings Transporting the young person to meetings, school, and appointments Preparing meals for the young person Maintaining cleanliness and order within the home environment Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle Have full Right to Work in the UK Be willing to travel for work Be able to obtain and maintain a clean DBS check Join Us If you share our passion for safeguarding and supporting young people, we would love to hear from you.
