Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team (Reigate Office)
About the Role
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Social Worker to join our esteemed Children with Disabilities Team, based in our Reigate office.
Our team supports agile working, combining home and office work to achieve a balance between flexibility and team cohesion.
We actively encourage applicants from any background—specific experience in disabled children’s work is not essential, as long as you demonstrate a genuine interest in this area.
Role Overview
- Salary Range: £43,663 - £46,624 per annum, plus an additional £6,000 financial package
- Location: Reigate, with hybrid working flexibility

Responsibilities
As part of this role, you’ll perform various essential functions including:
- Conducting children and family assessments
- Assessing Children in Need and Child Protection cases
- Working with Looked After Children and court proceedings
- Supporting transitions into adulthood
- Nurturing long-term, trusting relationships between families and teams
- Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care
- Ensuring robust safeguarding practices
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with the Social Work England (SWE)
- ASYE completed within two years of qualifying
- UK social work experience required
- Three years’ post-qualified experience

- Valid UK driving license (due to Surrey’s rural/urban spread)
