The Church at Junction 10 is seeking a Children and Youth Ministries Pastor to lead, develop and grow our children’s and youth ministries in line with our vision to “Build a Community with Jesus at the Centre.”

About Us

The Church at Junction 10 has been part of the Assemblies of God Great Britain for over 40 years. We are a vibrant, welcoming church committed to relevant teaching, heartfelt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need.

The Role

As Children and Youth Ministries Pastor, you will provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care while leading engaging, faith-filled programmes for children and young people aged 3–18. You will work closely with volunteers, interns, families, schools, and the wider church leadership to ensure our ministries are safe, inclusive, and spiritually fruitful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
