Salary & Perks
Competitive hourly rates of £13.40 – £14.40, plus pension contributions and holiday pay (equivalent to £15.47 – £16.62 per hour including all benefits). ✅ FREE Enhanced DBS check included ✅ Available for immediate interviews – fast-track your application!
Flexible Working
- Average hours: 20–40+ per week (Flexible shifts: short shifts, 12-hour days/evenings, weekends where required)

About the Role
Support the needy through rewarding daily interactions – that’s exactly what Alcedo Care Assistants do as part of this vital role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including continence support, bathing, dressing, and assistance with mobility.
- Support with medication delivery, meal prep, and household tasks.
- Encourage clients’ independence while fostering emotional connection and well-being.
- All training is provided – no prior experience necessary!
Important Note:
- For unsupervised work with vulnerable adults, this role requires First Aid experience or DBS-disclosed experience (or equivalent).
- Fluency in additional languages is highly valued.

Must-Haves
- Must be 18+ years
- Valid UK driving license and ability to drive (essential for travel to client homes).
- Healthy & medically fit to work.
