Working within the areas of Leyland, Croston, Penwortham, and Cottam – supporting children across the local community.
Pay & Benefits
- Excellent pay rates: £13.40 - £14.50 per hour (£15.47 - £17.60 per hour with holiday pay and pension included)

About the Role
As a Children Care Assistant at Alcedo Care, you’ll:
- Provide personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, continence support)
- Help with medication, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support independence and foster joy in children with diverse care needs
- Work in both before/after school hours, weekends, and half-terms (flexible shifts possible, including short or longer weekend roles)
No prior experience required – all training is fully provided!
Key Considerations
- Applicants must be 18 years or over
- Role involves unsupervised care with vulnerable individuals, requiring an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
