Childrens Care Assistant
Waking Night Care Worker – Complex Care Team (22:00 – 10:00)
About the Company
Salary: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour Shifts: Waking night shifts (22:00 – 10:00) – minimum of 2 shifts per week Driver requirement: Not required for this role Sponsorship: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship. (All references are for UK-based candidates unless specified otherwise.)

**About the Role’
Work in the family home of a young child, making a tangible difference while providing 24/7 care and support. Your dediciation ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of a 10-year-old child during night shifts from 22:00 to 10:00.
This role is flexible, purposeful, and rewarding, suitable for a confident, empathetic, and compassionate professional in complex care.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care for the child under the guidance of trained medical professionals
- Medication administration via nasogastric (NG) tube
- Respiratory support (suctioning) where required
- Moving and handling the child with proper safety techniques
- Providing emotional support, reassurance, and comfort
- Public liability and professional duty of care

- No prior experience in complex care required
- We will provide nurse-led training, ensuring full tutelage throughout the development process
- Suitable candidates will show compassion, responsibility, and a willingness to learn
