Vacancy: Complex Care Night Support Worker (Overnight Shifts)
Company: Complete Care Amegreen (CCH) Location: Kettering Pay: £13.00 per hour Shifts: 20:00 – 08:00 (Thursday and Sunday)

The Role
You’ll work in the family home of a young child—providing compassionate overnight support to a family impacted by:
- Epilepsy
- PEG (Gastrostomy) dependency
- Use of a ventilator
Key Responsibilities
Your expertise will ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for the child while overseeing:

Ventilator management

Observations & monitoring (24-hour care tasks)

PEG (feeding tube) support
-
Seizure management

Requirements & Qualifications
We’re seeking passionate carers who appreciate care’s complexity and want to learn. No prior experience is strictly needed, but preference is given to those with:
- Some care experience (ideally with children).
- A confident, empathetic, and adaptable attitude.
