Location: Liphook, Hampshire
Hours (shifts): 7.00am – 7.00pm. Permanent, full time, shift work. Shift patterns are 2-weekly. (Part time work available too)

Do you have a natural empathy for supporting children with complex needs?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our experienced team near Liphook, Hampshire. Whether you are an experienced children’s care worker or a new entrant to the sector, you’ll receive excellent guidance and support to take on this rewarding work.
Our ethos at Cherry Trees is “Child First, Disability Second.” You won’t just look after the children - you will help them work towards their personal goals, whatever they may be. This might involve enabling them to complete some of their own personal care tasks, such as learning to help wash or feed themselves. It could mean helping them become more comfortable around others so they can develop friendships or cope better when out and about in the community, enabling them to enjoy social and recreational activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
