This rewarding role offers the chance to work alongside a dynamic and diverse team, with peer support from Ashley, our Community Clinic Facilitator, who plays a vital role in community services 🤝.

Core Components Of This Role Are
- To assist the CNP Team by providing a high-quality clinic facilitator service within the outpatient setting, ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics 🏥, meeting the needs of children and their families, and liaising with appropriate staff 📞.
- To obtain CYP's growth measurements and observations to aid in clinical decision-making 📊.
- The post holder will work independently without direct supervision 💼.
- To develop and maintain strong management and organisational skills 📅.
- To monitor and ensure patient satisfaction, being proactive in managing any issues that arise 🔍.
- Able to pick up admin duties and ability to make appointments with families.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in exciting service transformation plans 🔄, enhancing the environment alongside your core role expectations, working closely with the Community Paediatricians 👩⚕️👨⚕️ 🚀.
