Job Overview
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Physiotherapist to join our Children & Young People’s Community Physiotherapy Service in Manchester.
Our team delivers high-quality, specialist physiotherapy care to children and young people aged 0–18 across community clinics, homes, and schools. This is a rewarding and varied role working with children with neurodevelopmental conditions and musculoskeletal needs, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and forward-thinking physiotherapist with a passion for paediatrics. You will be supported to develop your skills in assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning within a highly experienced and supportive team.
This is a community-based role, and you will require a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Main duties of the job
As part of our friendly and skilled team, you will:
- Work as an autonomous practitioner, assessing and treating children and young people with complex needs
- Manage a diverse paediatric caseload, including neurodevelopmental and musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver individualised, evidence-based care plans in partnership with children, young people, and their families
- Use your clinical reasoning and analysis skills to assess and manage complex presentations
- Work collaboratively with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
- Maintain high standards of professional practice in line with HCPC and national guidelines

About You
You will:
- Hold a degree in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered
- Be passionate about working with children and young people
- Have strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Be able to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team culture
- Be motivated to develop your skills in paediatric physiotherapy
