Role Overview
Role Title: Complex Care Assistant Location: Brackley Pay: £13.50 per hour Shift Pattern: Waking nights (9:30 PM – 7:30 AM) – 2 shifts per week Critical Requirement: Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (this role requires driving)

What you’ll do: We’re looking for a capable, patient, and empathetic care assistant to support a young client with epilepsy, living at home with their parents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care support to ensure the client’s independence and dignity
- Effective seizure management (experience with seizures is desirable but not mandatory)
- Recording and monitoring observations through the night to maintain safety and well-being
We prioritise excellent communication, kindness, and adaptability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive family environment.
Minimum Requirements
You don’t need formal complex care experience; this is a chance to grow your skills while supporting our team’s mission. We particularly value:
- Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
- A passionate commitment to making a difference in care
- Stamina and night shift adaptability
