Children’s Home Registered Manager – Merida Specialist Campus
Join The Cambian Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of specialist education and behavioural health services. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our multidisciplinary teams, supporting young people aged 11-18 with severe mental health challenges. Our approach seamlessly combines dedicated CAMHS Tier-4 clinical care with on-site specialist education, working within a warm, trauma-informed system.
We are currently hiring a Children’s Home Registered Manager at our Merida campus in Newmarket, where you will lead a small residential team providing trauma-informed care to 2 young people aged 12-18 with severe and complex mental health needs.

## Your Role
As Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, and retain a safe, compassionate team
- Deliver Bespoke Care: Create tailored care plans addressing therapeutic, educational, and social needs
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure care quality aligned with Ofsted standards (Good or Better)
- Collaborate: Work with the Head of Service, clinical staff, and local authorities to secure smooth transitions
## What You Bring
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role (within the last 5 years)
- Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (mandatory)
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferable) or willingness to enroll within 6 months
- Full UK driving license
