We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead of a EBD Home in Colchester. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate care leader who thrives on delivering exceptional care, developing teams, and driving service excellence.
As the Registered Manager, you'll have responsibility for the operational performance, compliance, quality, and growth of the service, ensuring outstanding outcomes for clients and employees alike.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the day-to-day management of the service
- Ensuring safe, person-centred, high-quality care delivery
- Maintaining full regulatory standards
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing a motivated care team
- Building strong relationships with young people, families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
- Leading audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with children's services
- Strong understanding of Childrens Homes regulations, safeguarding and care planning
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating positive outcomes
