- Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE): Receive fortnightly consultations from Social Work Practice Consultants.
- Monthly NQSW workshops: Sessions spearheaded by Practice Consultants and guest experts.
- ** Biannual team workshops** with Advanced Practitioners.
- 15 guaranteed training days: Focused on vital frameworks like “Signs of Safety”, “Restorative Practice”, and “Social Pedagogy”.
