Childrens Night Life Practitioner

Night Life Practitioner – Children’s Residential Home

About the Role

✨ £500 Joining Bonus available (£250 on commencement and £250 upon successful completion of probation)

Location: Apple Tree Bungalow, Swinderby

We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioners to join our team. As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide crucial support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs by:

  • Assisting in daily activities
  • Accompanying residents on community outings (shopping, meals, appointments, etc.)
  • Contributing to their fulfilling and independent lives

We provide a company vehicle for transporting residents to these activities.

Competitive Pay Rates

  • Starting rate: £12.85 per hour
  • With experience: Increases to £13.85 under our Levels system:
    • Level 1: £12.85
    • Level 2: £13.35
    • Level 3: £13.85

Increased pay is available through competency-based progression.

Licence Requirement:

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence or have driven in the UK for ≥ 2 years.
