Job Description: Support Worker Nights.pdf
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship to work in the UK, and we do ask that you have at least 6 months of UK based work experience in any sector.
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and resilient people to join our dedicated night team, supporting children with complex disabilities in a warm, nurturing environment. Every night, you’ll play a vital role in helping children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they sleep — and be there with patience and kindness if they wake and need support.
This is a role where your presence truly matters. You’ll be part of a team that puts each child’s wellbeing, dignity, and individuality at the heart of everything we do.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
