Department: Residential Location: Chestnut Rise – Plumstead Compensation: £37,205 – £37,828 per year

About the Role
Hours: 173 hours per month (long shifts, 8am–11pm), including sleep nights Full-time operation 365 days a year (due to service demands) Rotas provided in advance
Salary:
- £37,205–£37,828 per year, depending on qualifications
- Based on a pay rate of £14.80–£15.10 per hour (including average 8 sleep nights/month)
- Overtime options available at an enhanced rate
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be over 21 years old
- Right to work in the UK (Note: No sponsorship available)

- Deliver one-to-one care and mentorship to children relying on residential support.
- Facilitate therapeutic activities and recreational programmes.
- Support young people in overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth.
