Salary & Working Conditions
- Base Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,745.00 per annum (including 6–10 sleeps/month at £60 each and an hourly rate of £13.45–£13.75 depending on qualifications).
- Overtime: Available at an enhanced rate.
- Hours: 173 hours/month, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern with sleep-ins available.
- Rota: Provided in advance.
- N.B.: Hourly rate until 01.04.2026 is £12.60–£12.90 (may apply if transitioning).
- Full-time, year-round service (365 days).

The Role
We are looking for a nurturing and supportive person to join our 3-bed home in Staffordshire, between Newport and Eccleshall. Here, we provide a therapeutic and therapeutic environment for young people, ensuring their:
- Domestic needs are met
- Socialisation skills are developed
- Fun and engagement through shared activities
- Personalised education plans (in partnership with our accredited schools)
- Life-changing experiences that help them turn the curve and reach their full potential
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (preferably)
- Full right to work in the UK without restrictions
- Age: Must be 21 or older (industry regulation)
- Personal values aligned with Esland’s approach, including therapeutic and person-centred care principles
- Previous childcare or support experience (advantageous but not essential)
