Children's Residential Care Worker

Description

Hours:
- 173 Hours per Month
- Long shift working 8am-11pm (with sleep nights)
- Rotas given in advance
- Service operates 365 days a year
Pay rate:
- A salary of £34,402 to £35,025 per year, depending on qualifications
- Pay rate: £13.45 to £13.75 per hour, depending on qualifications
- Opportunities to pick up extra shifts / overtime at an enhanced rate
Essential requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence

The role:
Kingfisher is a three-bedroom children’s home, offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in recreational activities tailored to the child’s interests e.g. cinema, swimming, and sports, etc.
- We offer routes for progression and the opportunity to undergo a qualification once employed
