Highly Valued Children’s Residential Care Worker – Children’s Home (Tigers Hall)

Key Details
- Hours: 173 hours per month (requires long shifts 8am–11pm, including sleep nights)
- Service Availability: 365 days a year (due to the nature of the work)
- Rotations: Rotas provided in advance
Pay & Additional Opportunities
- Annual Salary: £37,205 – £37,828 (depending on qualifications)
- Hourly Rate: £14.80–£15.10/hour (depending on qualifications)
- Includes 8 sleeps per month on average
- Overtime & Extra Shifts: Enhanced pay rates available
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be over 21
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Set to undertake a Full Enhanced Disclosure check (costs covered by Esland)
- Successful applicants must complete reference & work rights checks

Tigers Hall is a three-bedroom children’s home offering:
- Crisis intervention
- Trauma-informed therapeutic care
