Highly Valued Children’s Residential Care Worker – Children’s Home (Tigers Hall)

Key Details

  • Hours: 173 hours per month (requires long shifts 8am–11pm, including sleep nights)
  • Service Availability: 365 days a year (due to the nature of the work)
  • Rotations: Rotas provided in advance

Pay & Additional Opportunities

  • Annual Salary: £37,205 – £37,828 (depending on qualifications)
    • Hourly Rate: £14.80–£15.10/hour (depending on qualifications)
    • Includes 8 sleeps per month on average
  • Overtime & Extra Shifts: Enhanced pay rates available

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be over 21
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Set to undertake a Full Enhanced Disclosure check (costs covered by Esland)
  • Successful applicants must complete reference & work rights checks
