🕒 What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and emotional support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
- Build positive, trusting relationships through consistency, empathy, and resilience
- Work as part of a professional team in a 365-day service, following structured rotas and long shifts (7:30am–11pm), including sleep-in duties
💰 What You’ll Earn
- Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 per hour + 8 sleep-ins per month, dependent on qualifications)
- Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026
- Opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and additional shifts

✅ What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Aged 21+ with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
- Previous experience in childcare or the wider care sector
