Children’s Residential Support Worker
Department: Residential Location: Darwin Farm – Shrewsbury Compensation: £32,242 – £35,745 per year (including £60 per sleep for 6–10 overnight sleeps/month and hourly rate of £13.45–£13.75/hr + overtime opportunities)

Key Details
- Salary includes:
- £60 per sleep for 6–10 overnight stays/month
- £13.45–£13.75/hour (dependent on qualifications)
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- ** Hours**: 173/month (shift pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off)
- Sleeps: Inclusive with advance rostering
- Availability: 365-day operational service

Location: Darwin Farm, Shrewsbury – Our residential home provides a safe, therapeutic, and supportive base for young residents.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Must be 21 years or older
- Alignment with Esland’s core values (including child-led, therapeutic care approaches)
- Previous childcare/support experience is advantageous but not essential
