Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Residential Home Manager for its client in Bradford. We are looking for a Registered Manager for Rowan House, a Children’s Residential Home dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed team and ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Oversee the daily running of Rowan House, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of residential care staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring the voice of the child is central to all decisions.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient operational delivery.
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (Residential Management Pathway)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Post-qualified experience in residential childcare management
- Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge
