Children’s Residential Support Worker
£29,034 - £35,400 per annum (with additional allowances - see below)

Get Out What You Put In
You’ll help create lasting memories while ensuring day-to-day stability for the young people you support. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring young people are prepared for school and managing paperwork
- Assisting with homework and daily routines
- Planning joyful activities—whether through gaming, sports, movie nights, go-karting, or anything fun!
- Becoming part of their support system to help guide them toward a positive future

- Salary: £29,034 - £35,400 (per annum)
- Incentives: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month, paid at £80 each (~£3,840 per year), plus a £1,400 Attendance Allowance (for good attendance)

What We’re Looking for (No Experience Necessary!)
- A can-do attitude—someone who rolls up their sleeves and teams up with others
- An understanding that you care deeply about and for young people (and each other)
- Resilience to handle challenging situations while maintaining empathy
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
- No required qualifications? No problem. We’ll provide you with sponsorship and support to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if needed.
Your First Step: Care Academy
Before starting as a Residential Support Worker (RSW), you’ll join our 4-week ‘Care Academy’. Our expert team will guide you through practical, hands-on learning to ensure you’re fully prepared.
