Your Day-to-Day
Be ready to make every day different! Your responsibilities will include:
- Cooking meals in the kitchen
- Organising outdoor activities like sports in the garden
- Leading music or crafts sessions
- Providing structure, fun, and emotional support to children
You’ll work within a close-knit team of 6, supported by:
- Managers
- Multi-Disciplinary teams
- Outdoor experts All dedicated to helping children find their path to brighter futures.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with children: Whether in care, education, or another setting—your passion and energy are essential
- Enthusiasm & resilience: You must be eager to make a difference and approach challenges with positivity
- Qualifications: Happy to support you in working towards (or already holding) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce
