Your Day-to-Day
- Be ready to make every day different, from:
- Cooking meals in the kitchen
- Outdoor activities, like sports in the garden
- Creative sessions, like music or crafts
- You’ll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children in need.
- Work within a close-knit team of 6, supported by:
- Managers
- Multi-Disciplinary teams
- Outdoor experts
- All dedicated to guiding children toward brighter futures.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Children: Proven passion in care, education, or another related setting.
- Enthusiasm & Resilience: Willingness to make a difference while maintaining a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- Qualifications: Willingness to work toward (or already holding) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
