Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Structured care: Provide consistency, engagement, and emotional support in activities like cooking, gardening, sports, music, or crafts
- Team collaboration: Work within a tight-knit team of 6 staff, backed by Managerial supervisors, Multidisciplinary specialists, and Outdoor educators
- Outdoor therapy: Leverage nature-related opportunities (e.g., outdoor challenges, focused pastoral support)
- Diverse activities: Varied daily schedules ensure no two days feel the same
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience with children (care, education, or similar preferred)
- Passion and commitment: Demonstratable enthusiasm, resilience, and ability to handle adversity with positivity
- Educational readiness:
- Open to pursuing/already holding a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Commitment to safeguarding and Safer Recruitment processes
