The Role
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate care for children with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
- Support personal growth through activities, education, and tailored care.
- Work flexible shifts, including day, night, and sleep-ins, to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Be a positive role model, empowering children to shape their own future.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- A willingness to learn, grow, and complete necessary qualifications.
- A full UK manual driving licence.
