Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Every day brings new opportunities to bring structure, fun, and emotional support to the children in your care. Your role will include:

  • Cooking and meal preparation
  • Engaging in outdoor activities (e.g., sports in the garden)
  • Leading creative sessions (music, crafts, and more)
  • Supporting children in developing crucial life skills and self-esteem

You’ll form part of a dedicated team of 6, supported by:

  • Managers
  • Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs)
  • Outdoor Experts

All working to guide children towards brighter, more fulfilling futures.


What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Experience with children (care, education, or other relevant settings)
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people
  • Resilience and positivity to handle challenges with determination
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, therapeutic, and engaging environment

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work towards (or hold) the Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce

Your Career & Personal Balance
