Your Day-to-Day
Mind your own station, because no two days will be the same:
- Support children with daily routines, from cooking meals in the kitchen to outdoor activities, sports, or even trying arts and crafts.
- Provide emotional support, structure, and fun tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate in a small, supportive team of 6, with guidance from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary Teams, and Outdoor Experts.
- Help children develop life skills and build resilience, shaping futures where brighter possibilities come next.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (in care, education, or alternative settings) – your passion and enthusiasm matter.
- Enthusiasm & resilience: You’ll need a ** positive attitude** to handle challenges and make a difference every day.
- Commitment to professional growth: Willing to achieve (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
