Your Daily Responsibilities

Each day will be filled with variety:

  • Providing structure, emotional support, and fun through activities—whether it’s cooking, sports, music, or crafts
  • Working as part of a close-knit team of 6
  • Receiving support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts
  • Helping children discover their potential and journey toward a brighter future

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should demonstrate:

✔ A passion for working with children, whether through prior experience in care, education, or other relevant settings

✔ Enthusiasm and resilience—the ability to thrive in a dynamic role and offer positive, proactive support
