Your Day-to-Day
Be ready to make every day different! Your responsibilities may include:
- Cooking meals in the kitchen
- Organizing outdoor activities, like sports or games in the garden
- Leading music or crafts sessions
- Providing structure, fun, and emotional support to children
You’ll work within a close-knit team of 6, benefitting from support from managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children build brighter futures.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background:
- Experience with children (e.g., care, education, or related settings)
- A passion and energy for making a difference
Attitude & Mindset:
- Enthusiasm and resilience to handle challenges
- Commitment to positivity and growth

Qualifications:
- Willing to work towards—or have already achieved—a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce
