Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide structure, fun, and emotional support to children
  • Engage in diverse daily activities, including:
    • Cooking
    • Outdoor games (e.g., sports)
    • Music and crafts
  • Work collaboratively within a close-knit team of 6
  • Receive support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts
  • Help children find their path to brighter futures

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with children (e.g., care, education, or related settings)
  • Passion and energy for working with children
  • Enthusiasm & resilience to handle challenges with positivity
  • Willingness to pursue (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce
