Childrens Residential Support Worker

Location: Penrith and surrounding areas (wider area applicants welcome due to shift patterns)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide structure, fun, and emotional support to children
- Engage in diverse daily activities, including:
- Cooking
- Outdoor games (e.g., sports)
- Music and crafts
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team of 6
- Receive support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts
- Help children find their path to brighter futures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with children (e.g., care, education, or related settings)
- Passion and energy for working with children
- Enthusiasm & resilience to handle challenges with positivity
- Willingness to pursue (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce
