Key Details:
- Pay: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75/hour)
- Hours: 173/hour (rotas provided)
- Shift pattern: Typically 2 days on, 4 days off with sleep-ins (shifts may vary)
- Our services run 365 days a year, as children need us every day
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality, personalised care and emotional support to children, creating a safe and nurturing environment
- Tailor daily routines and activities to meet each child’s individual interests and needs
- Lead fun, engaging activities such as:
- Arts and crafts
- Football matches and board games
- Movie nights and shopping trips
- Nature walks
- Act as a positive role model that helps the children achieve long-term positive outcomes
- Support staff teamwork and deliver a structured yet flexible 24-hour service

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must fulfil these essential criteria:
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Currently over 21 years old (due to industry regulations)
