Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Get ready for no two days the same! Your role will include:
- Emotional support and guidance for children in a nurturing environment.
- Structure, fun, and creativity: Cooking meals, outdoor activities (e.g., sports), arts & crafts, and music sessions.
- Collaboration: Work within a close-knit team of 6, backed by Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts.
- Create pathways to brighter futures: Help children explore their potential, build confidence, and thrive.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate individuals who:
- Experience with children: Whether in care, education, or another setting—bring your passion and energy to support young lives.
- Enthusiasm & resilience: Eager to make a difference, handle challenges with positivity, and adapt to diverse needs.
- Qualifications:
- Willingness to work towards (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- No prior qualifications? Not a problem—training and support will be provided.
